When it comes to leadership, dedication, and going above and beyond, no one embodies that more than Ricky Bell, our General Manager here at Bell Heating & Air.

With a degree in Business Management and years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, Ricky is the driving force behind our day-to-day operations. He plays a vital role in every aspect of the business, from scheduling and customer service in managing field teams and ensuring top quality service across the board.

Ricky is truly selfless in his leadership style. Whether it’s jumping in to help with a last-minute install, mentoring new team members, or staying late to make sure a job is done right, he leads by example. He wears his many hats with pride.

His steady presence and deep commitment to our customers and crew have helped build Bell Heating & Air into the trusted, family-run company it is today. Ricky’s vision and work ethic are a big part of what sets us apart.

When he’s not at work (which is rare!), Ricky enjoys spending time with family, sports, hunting, and staying on top of the latest trends in HAVAC technology.
